Paul's success has been widely acclaimed in many prominent publications, including a "New York Times" story about Paul's relationship with "Mr. America's Cup", Dennis Conner, regarding their mutual quest to promote sailing for people with disabilities. 

Very recently, Paul has been highlighted on ESPN Classic for conceiving of and implementing the concept of retrofitting an America's Cup boat for a combined able-bodied/disabled team for therapeutic purposes, as well as for competition - resulting in the unthinkable - winning a race in the recent World Championship.     ~ see photos below ~
